Since its beginnings, South County Survey Company has been focusing on the individual needs of our clients. Jim Caldarone has over two decades of experience in the field of land surveying.  Jim graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2006 with an A.E. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology.  While at Vermont Tech, Jim was the recipient of the 2005 Pierre H. Guillemette Scholarship Award from the Rhode Island Society of Professional Land Surveyors (RISPLS).  He formerly served on the Board of Directors for the RISPLS and is also a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).  After gaining the required experience and passing both state and national examinations, Jim earned his registration with the State of Rhode Island as a Professional Land Surveyor in 2015.  Through his experiences Jim has gained the knowledge necessary to efficiently and effectively complete a wide variety of land surveying projects.  Whether you are a homeowner, business owner, property manager, or design professional, Jim Caldarone and the team at South County Survey Company are here to provide you with a high-quality and cost-effective product in a timely manner.
